Founded by Dania Bicdash a seasoned executive in the HR & Coaching industry. Spiral Dynamics is formed of a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in human resources, coaching, counseling, and personal development. We are a team of consultants with a strong background in providing comprehensive services across a range of industries,including international nonprofit organizations and private sector companies. Our team has 15 years of extensive experience in human resources management, strategic planning, and policy enforcement. We prioritize creating a fair and consistent work environment across organizations.
Our founder is a certified practitioner in NLP, timeline therapy, hypnotherapy om the American board of NLP in addition, she is a certified practitioner in Reiki energy healing. This expertise complements our approach to providing exceptional services in business process optimization, risk management, and performance improvement, behavioral change agent and emotional management.
We work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop actionable plans for achieving them. Our commitment to excellence ensures outstanding results that contribute to clients’ growth and success.
We specialize in training sessions for workplace investigators and incident management within the humanitarian sector. Our training covers investigative techniques, interviewing skills, data and evidence analysis, and detailed final reports.
Our experience includes serving as Employee Relations Advisors for organizations such as the Norwegian Refugee Council, International Rescue Committee, Lebanese Red Cross, SOS village ,Azadea,
KidzMondo and others from 2015 to 2023. We emphasized transparency, equity, and respect while fostering a positive workplace culture.
