Dania Bicdash

With over 15 years in Human Resources across private and humanitarian sectors, Dania excels in recruitment, performance management, training, staff counselling, investigations, and organizational culture. Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Timeline Therapy, she leads Spiral Dynamics, delivering HR advisory, counselling, and training for NGOs and businesses. Her expertise in workplace investigations covering harassment, safeguarding, ethics, and fraud ensures integrity and positive cultures.

Talal Kaissi
Co-Founder and Business Consultant

A banking veteran with 20+ years, Talal specializes in Operational Risk, Business Re-engineering, AML & Compliance, Governance, and Strategic Planning. From senior roles in Lebanese and regional banks, he has restructured institutions, implemented policies, and driven transformations. As a consultant, he aids financial entities with strategies, feasibility studies, and training in Conventional and Islamic Banking. Holding an MSc in Finance, he blends technical prowess with leadership for sustainable growth and excellence.
